This a simple step of being in the sunshine and opening your body, mind and spirit to the one-ness that is. Awareness of this transformation is delightful but won’t be like I HAVE THROWN THE SWITCH AND NOW
EVERYTHING IS WORKING IN MY BODY. It will be more like huh, after only a few minutes I feel, stronger somehow. After an hour, my sinuses feel clearer, after 4-5 hours my heart feels lighter. After maybe 12 hours my stomach and intestines feel a little griggly and everything feels as if it’s moving thru very easily. After 24 hours the systems start integrating their individual changes,
that’s when it really gets powerful. Have fun with it no rules just allow the little conduit in front of the crown chakra and just up into the hairline from the third eye chakra connecting the sunlight to the pineal gland to start all the activity. This coding will make big changes in the world as it makes them in you.

Awakening

As we awake from our sleep of millenia, we discover items that no longer fit easily into our previous ways of thinking, of feeling. Perhaps it is our accustomed method to fight dearly for what is so familiar to us. Or, perhaps we can easily dissolve an old mindset — put it on the shelf for a while — as we try the new. Life is about the new; about expanding our experiences and creativity.
I have long felt that my soul is enormously knowledgeable; and holds a seeming infinity of love. Yet that was my soul. I have longed for the permanent conscious experience that I’ve experienced is there. As opposed to here.
Slowly it has dawned on me that ‘There’ and ‘here’ are something I have to bring together. It does no good waiting for Soul to share what it holds. I have to make the conscious effort during my days to know and act as if I am my Soul… as if there were no division… no “me” and “him”.
So, to let that old mindset slip away….
The Ringing Cedars of Russia
Posted by: | CommentsAnother crystal clear day, after nitely drizzle, with snow again on the lower hills. Arrow mooched half my bacon this morning, and is getting to be a little chunker…. despite our twice daily walks.
I’ve recently discovered the Ringing Cedars of Russia series. Truly marvelous. In 1996 Vladimir Megre began them after an “accidental” meeting with a remarkable young lady from Russia’s interior. In them he recounts his conversations and interactions with her. immensely popular in Russia, they have been translated into English recently, and bring into the light much practical\spiritual information that has been lost from public knowledge for ages. This quote from Anastasia on the flyleaf:
“Way back in ancient times people living on the Earth had the capacity to use wisdom and intelligence far surpassing the abilities of modern Man. People at the time of the Earth’s pristine origins enjoyed ready access to all the information in the entire database of the Universe.”
These books are a wonderful read, illuminating Anastasia’s perspective of our past, present, future, and what we can do to enhance our lives.
Zero Point Energy and Miracles
Posted by: | CommentsFall has definitely arrived here in its’ coolness and colors. As Arrow and I were walking thru the woods yesterday, it was one of those sensitive, awe filled moments…. it seemed as if we were caressed by the auras of the trees…
Work is being done, largely behind the scenes, on zero point energy for our physical world. Richard Bartlett is coming at it from a different angle. In his book Matrix Energetics he introduced his Two Point Method of healing. His second book, The Physics of Miracles [Tapping into The Field of Consciousness Potential] just arrived. In this second book he expands on what he taught in Matrix Energetics.
Dr Claude Swanson, author of The synchronized Universe, says:
“Bartlett’s revolutionary healing techniques suggest that physics is missing something. When consciousness interact with matter, surprising effects occur which defy current science. If they don’t expand your horizons, these two books are at the least entertaining; they are sometimes funny, sometimes awe inspiring reading.
